World Architecture Festival 2026 Shortlist Announced
The World Architecture Festival (WAF) has announced its shortlist for the 2026 Awards, showcasing over 200 projects in various categories such as completed buildings, future designs, interiors, and landscape architecture. Scheduled for November 18–20, 2026, the festival will be held at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Teams that make the shortlist will present their work live to international juries, with category winners moving on to the Super Jury. Among the completed buildings are works by Foster + Partners, Herzog & de Meuron, and Zaha Hadid Architects, including significant entries like the Zayed National Museum and the Crystal Bridges Museum expansion. The jury consists of 164 experts from 37 nations, covering a wide range of project types.
