Pull & Bear Launches Photography Prize at Hyères Festival

Pull & Bear, a youth fashion brand, is introducing an international photography award named the “Prix de la Photographie de Mode Pull & Bear.” This new accolade will be part of the Festival of Fashion, Photography and Accessories–Hyères. It will make its first appearance during the 41st Festival de Hyères, scheduled from October 15 to 18 at Villa Noailles in southeastern France, a modernist property by Robert Mallet-Stevens. The winner will be revealed on October 17 and will receive €20,000 ($22,816), equivalent to the prize of the festival's “Grand Prix du Jury Photographie 7L,” supported by 7L, a publishing house established by Karl Lagerfeld. Additionally, the winner will create a campaign or commissioned project for Pull & Bear, with their work showcased on the brand's platforms. Since its inception in 1986, the French competition has launched the careers of notable designers like Viktor & Rolf, Anthony Vaccarello, and Julien Dossena.
