Musée du quai Branly Announces 2026 Photography Award Winners
The 2026 Photography Award at the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac has been awarded to Abhishek Rajaram Khedekar from India and Sara Kontar from Syria. Khedekar received recognition for his work titled DAPOLI, Lost and Found, while Kontar was honored for her project On the Edge of Home. Additionally, Ammar Yassir, a Sudanese artist, received a special mention for his piece I Will Never Find Home. Launched in 2022, this award highlights the museum's dedication to contemporary and non-European photography, complementing its biennials and residency programs.
