LIV Certamen de Pintura Villa de Madridejos 2026
The Madridejos City Council (Toledo) announces the 54th edition of its painting competition. Artists may submit up to three original works with free theme, technique, and size, but must be framed and unsigned on the front. Works are due by July 10, 2026, at the Casa de Cultura de Madridejos. Prizes include €1,200 for the adult category (ages 15+) and €300 for the children's category (up to 14). Local artists may qualify for a second prize of €800. Awarded works become property of the council. An exhibition of admitted works will be held in September 2026 during local festivities.
