Graham Foundation Awards $506,000 to 54 Architecture Research Projects
The Graham Foundation has announced its 2026 Grants to Individuals, distributing a total of $506,000 to 54 recipients. Out of more than 600 submissions from the September 2025 round, these grants support 86 individuals, including architects, artists, and writers, among others. The funded projects include 12 exhibitions, 3 film and media projects, 23 publications, and 16 research initiatives. Awardees come from cities like Beijing, Berlin, and Lagos, as well as various U.S. locations. Key themes for these projects focus on ecological change, preservation, and spatial justice. Since its launch in 1956, the foundation has supported over 5,300 initiatives. Grants for organizations will be announced in summer 2026.
