Biennale College Teatro 2027: Winners Announced for Directing and Playwriting
The Biennale College Teatro has named the winners of its Regia under 30 and Drammaturgia under 30 calls. Adele Cammarata, 27, won the directing prize with her project Inventario, a blend of figure theater, shadow play, object theater, dance, and contemporary performance exploring memory and dreams. Anna Farina (born 2000) and Irene Mantova (born 1996) won the playwriting prize with Autodafè and Devozioni respectively. Farina's work is noted for dense, tragic writing reminiscent of Sarah Kane, while Mantova's style is described as witty yet dramatically intense, mixing generational and social themes. All three projects will be presented at the Biennale Teatro 2027.
