Biennale di Venezia 2026: Annunciati i Padiglioni Nazionali

La 61ª Biennale di Venezia, che aprirà il 9 maggio 2026, ha annunciato gli artisti e i curatori dei padiglioni nazionali. La mostra principale segue il piano curatoriale del compianto Koyo Kouoh. Partecipano oltre 80 paesi, con padiglioni distribuiti tra Giardini, Arsenale e varie sedi veneziane. Tra le selezioni degne di nota figurano Lubaina Himid per la Gran Bretagna, Yto Barrada per la Francia e Dana Awartani per l'Arabia Saudita. Il padiglione della Santa Sede presenta FKA Twigs, Brian Eno e Patti Smith. Le controversie includono la richiesta di cancellazione del padiglione israeliano e il ritorno della Russia. La Biennale si svolgerà fino al 22 novembre 2026.
