From October 5, 2026, to January 28, 2027, Milan's Fondazione Pasquinelli will host 'Ugo Nespolo. Magnifiche illusioni,' under the curation of Antonello Negri. It highlights Nespolo's foundational Arte Povera and conceptual art, featuring works like 'Semplicissimo' (1966) and 'Molotov' (1968), as well as stage designs for 'L'elisir d'amore' (1995) and 'Madama Butterfly' (2007). Notable sculptures at the entrance include 'Totem' (2003) and 'Account-Svaso' (2011). The exhibition will also present a video room dedicated to his experimental films, alongside free guided tours, workshops, a lecture series, and concerts, with no admission fee.
