Patrice Chéreau prende il controllo del Louvre come 'Grand Invité'

Dal 4 novembre 2010 al 31 gennaio 2011, Patrice Chéreau è stato il 'Grand Invité' del Musée du Louvre, seguendo le orme di Pierre Boulez e Umberto Eco. Il suo variegato programma comprendeva mostre come Les Visages et les corps, Derrière les images e Love Ladders to the Louvre, insieme a produzioni teatrali come Rêve d'automne, Coma e La Nuit juste avant les forêts. In collaborazione con Sébastien Allard e Vincent Huguet, Chéreau ha curato una mostra che presentava opere di Tiziano, Philippe de Champaigne, Courbet, Bacon e Goldin, con allestimento di Richard Peduzzi.
