Palazzo Grassi to Host Permanent Pinault Collection Display from March 2027
Starting on 21 March 2027, Palazzo Grassi in Venice will become the permanent venue for a curated selection of 106 works from the Pinault Collection, overseen by Emma Lavigne and the institution's curatorial team. This transition follows 27 temporary exhibitions held since 2006. The exhibition will evolve as the collection expands, which includes over 10,000 modern and contemporary pieces. Artists such as Mario Merz, Maurizio Cattelan, Anne Imhof, Anicka Yi, and Lucas Arruda will be featured, along with a mirrored installation by Kimsooja. Concurrently, Punta della Dogana will unveil Tadao Ando & Mono-ha. I cinque elementi, from 21 March to 21 November 2027, curated by Jean-Marie Gallais and Nicolas-Xavier Ferrand, highlighting Ando's photography and Mono-ha artworks.
