Memphis Design Meets Electronic Music at Seth & Manni’s Deli Bar in Ibiza

Seth & Manni’s, a new international deli and bar founded by DJs Seth Troxler and Manfredi “DJ Tennis” Romano, opened in September 2026 at Marina Botafoch in Ibiza. The project marks the first time Memphis’s official design language has been used in a restaurant, transforming a hospitality space with bold forms, patterns, and furnishings. Interior designer Toby Gauley collaborated with Memphis Milano to combine iconic pieces with custom elements. The interior features Ettore Sottsass’s Carlton and Casablanca cabinets, Michele De Lucchi’s First stool, Marco Zanini’s Rossella lamp, and Sottsass’s Diva mirror, alongside a custom bistro table and surfaces clad in ALPI laminates and veneers that echo Memphis patterns and materials. Artist Tobias Rehberger contributed neon works and bathroom installations, enhancing the immersive environment. The menu reflects the founders’ backgrounds: Troxler grew up in Detroit, Romano is Sicilian, and their deli blends family traditions, Mediterranean street food, sandwiches, local ingredients, and cocktails in a deliberately informal setting. Seth & Manni’s aims to be a meeting point where design, music, and food coexist, bringing Memphis out of the museum and into daily life as a scenario to be lived, eaten, and traversed.
