Fan Ho's Hong Kong: First Major Italian Retrospective Opens at Palazzo Falletti di Barolo in Turin
From 11 September 2026 to 10 January 2027, Palazzo Falletti di Barolo in Turin will present a significant retrospective of the renowned Chinese photographer Fan Ho (1931–2016), titled "FAN HO. Il maestro della fotografia di Hong Kong." This exhibition, organized by Ares in collaboration with Hong Kong's Blue Lotus Gallery and supported by Torino Metropoli, features more than one hundred striking black-and-white images. Curators Elisa Maupas and Sarah Van Ingelgom highlight Fan Ho's portrayal of everyday life in Hong Kong, focusing on light, shadow, and geometric forms.
