Con i se e con i ma…: Gianna T and Ricardo Aleodor Venturi Explore Grandmothers' Memory at Studio con Finestra, Pesaro

The exhibition titled Con i se e con i ma… is set to take place at Studio con Finestra in Pesaro, established by Ricardo Aleodor Venturi. Running from 28 June to 6 September 2026, it features works by Gianna T and Venturi, under the curation of Giulia Pontoriero. The title alludes to an Italian proverb regarding limitations, which both artists seek to confront. This project pays tribute to their grandmothers, Ada and Ida, with Venturi's grandmother Anna involved in a live performance. The showcase includes papier-mâché masks by Charlie Goodall, moving boxes, Gianna T's video Via Baracca 43, Pesaro, photographs, etchings by Venturi, and plaster casts. Pontoriero notes that the masks represent belonging, while Venturi underscores the significance of community.
