CLASH Rome Berlin Brings Six Artists to Studio ORMA for Sixth Edition
The sixth edition of CLASH Rome Berlin, an exhibition format conceived by Ricardo de Larrea, founder of the Berlin independent space BcmA, opens with a vernissage on Wednesday 22 October 2026 at 17:00 at Studio ORMA, Via Francesco Amici, Rome. The show remains on view through 5 November 2026, with opening hours Wednesday to Saturday from 17:00 to 20:00. Six artists are featured, positioned between the two opposing cities of Rome and Berlin. The project is built on the premise that art is best discovered in person: travelling, crossing unfamiliar thresholds and meeting people outside one's usual circles. Against a landscape in which algorithms and digital platforms pre-select almost everything we see, CLASH opts for direct, physical, unforeseen exchange. The participating artists actually travel, carry their works with them and spend time in the host city — described as an almost anachronistic gesture in its concreteness, and perhaps for that reason all the more necessary. Studio ORMA is an independent exhibition space in Rome.
