Andrea Mauti's Fantarchaeological Matter at Galleria ADA Roma, September 25–October 30, 2026

exhibition · 2026-04-27

From 25 September to 30 October 2026, Andrea Mauti will present a solo exhibition at Rome's Galleria ADA, accompanied by text from Quinn Latimer. Mauti's artistic practice delves into the transformations of matter and its narrative possibilities, merging painting and sculpture to craft fantarchaeological visions. His sculptures, composed of industrial remnants and organic elements, connect the themes of hypercapitalist overproduction with a posthuman future. Born in Rome in 1999 and currently residing in Basel, Mauti graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma in 2022 and is pursuing a Master's degree at IAGN Institute der Kunst. His exhibition history spans shows in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026, and he was awarded the Premio Francesco Fabbri in 2023.
