WaysConf Conference Unveils Comprehensive Brand Identity System for Central European Product Event

festival-fair · 2026-03-31

A comprehensive brand identity system has been developed for WaysConf, a prominent product conference based in Central Europe. The project transformed the event's visual presentation to match its growth from a regional gathering into an internationally recognized forum attracting over 1,500 participants. The conference draws speakers from more than twenty nations, with approximately 80% of attendees holding senior or lead positions in their fields. The creative team, led by Jacek Janiczak and Tomasz Osowski, established a complete visual system encompassing creative direction, art direction, photographic guidance, design work, animated elements, and illustrative components. This approach moved beyond simple logo updates to create a unified identity capable of functioning across various media platforms. Motion graphics were specifically incorporated to provide dynamic digital presence appropriate for an audience involved in software development. The resulting visual language employs typographic arrangements, color selections, and compositional techniques that convey both authority and approachability. This balance reflects the conference's emphasis on professional networking and collaborative learning among practitioners. The identity system demonstrates how conference branding can achieve distinctive character when executed with systematic rigor and attention to detail.
