Upstate Art Weekend 2026 Returns with 160+ Venues Across Hudson Valley and Catskills
The seventh installment of Upstate Art Weekend (UAW) is set to take place from June 25 to June 29, 2026, spanning ten counties in the Hudson Valley and Catskills. Established in 2020 by Helen Toomer with just 23 organizations, it has now expanded to feature over 160 cultural institutions and more than 400 artists. The event kicks off on June 25 at Olana State Historic Site, showcasing artists Jean Shin, Gabriela Salazar, and Ellen Harvey, with Toomer as moderator, followed by a performance by Jeremy Nedd at PS21. On June 26, the UAW Dance Party at Assembly in Kingston will benefit NOISE FOR NOW. Notable exhibitions will be held at various venues, including Art Omi and Dia Beacon, along with the new Adventure Builder tool and Bloomberg Connects guide.
