Tima Unveils "It's Always Tea Time" Mural at Artscape Eslöv 2026 in Sweden

festival-fair · 2026-09-18

Tima, a Moroccan muralist whose real name is Fatima Ezzahra Khilad, has unveiled a new mural entitled "It's Always Tea Time" in Eslöv, Sweden, as part of the Artscape Eslöv 2026 initiative. Located on Västerlånggatan, close to Malmgatan, the mural features a character referred to as a "little lady," which Tima developed over several days, focusing on intricate details. She expressed that witnessing the figure emerge on the wall and integrate into the city was a particularly delightful experience. The mural's title reflects the tea-time atmosphere present throughout the week, inspired by Salma El Idrissi's reference. This piece was created during Artscape's late-August return, contributing to eight new murals in Eslöv. Tima's artistic approach often explores themes of memory, childhood, and dreamlike feminine figures, blending these elements into the urban landscape.
