Theatrical Adaptation of Agathe Charnet's Book Explores Female Body Experience

A theatrical production titled 'Journal de (mon) corps,' adapted from Agathe Charnet's book 'Ceci est mon corps,' is being presented at Théâtre de la Flèche. The performance features three performers exploring the evolution of the female body through different life stages with tenderness and lightness. Created by La Très Sérieuse Compagnie, founded by Nina Gonzalez in 2025, the piece premiered in 2024 with multiple performances at Cours Florent before its public debut at the 'Cabourg en Scène' festival in October 2025. The work addresses themes of sexuality, self-discovery, and bodily relationships through a blend of text, music, and movement.
