The TEFAF art fair is currently taking place in Maastricht, Netherlands, running for six days. This year's edition features 277 dealers from 24 countries presenting numerous objects across various categories including paintings, antiques, jewelry, and contemporary art. New York dealer David Tunick described the event as resembling a museum with items available for purchase, with prices reaching up to $9.85 million for a Pierre Auguste Renoir piece. Attendees include representatives from financial institutions like Bank of America and museum directors such as Max Hollein from New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
