Taxis Unveils "Green Lada" Mural for LA Comics Festival Vol.8 at Larissa's Mill of Pappas

Greek street artist Taxis painted "Green Lada," a mural created for the eighth edition of LA Comics Festival, which ran September 4–6, 2026 at the Mill of Pappas in Larissa. Taxis was one of the festival's invited mural artists and returned to the city after an earlier contribution to its walls. The 2026 mural programme also featured Francisco Fonseca and HooDSpirit. The mural was completed just before construction started on a flea market that Taxis described as among central Greece's largest, giving the freshly painted wall a brief period of stillness before stalls, visitors and the market's changed rhythms arrive. Festival organisers Maroula Kyriakou and Melios Ganas, along with the wider LACF8 crew, were thanked by the artist for bringing the project together. LA Comics Festival Vol.8 gathered comics, illustration, street art and related programming at the Mill of Pappas. Documentation of the work was shared via the artist's Instagram account, @___taxis, with photos credited to Taxis and dated September 10, 2026.
