Swedish Pianist Alice Power Presents Recital Following 2025 Cortot Prize Win

Swedish pianist Alice Power, winner of the 2025 Prix Cortot, is presenting a recital at Salle Cortot. Born in 2000 to a musical family, Power began piano studies at age five. She studied under Rena Shereshevskaya and entered the École Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot in 2021. In May 2025, she received the Cortot Prize unanimously along with an Artist Diploma with highest honors. Her 2026 schedule includes a debut album release, performances at La Roque d'Anthéron festival, Opéra de Massy, and other venues. The recital program features works by Bach, Ravel, and Tchaikovsky/Pletnev.
