The rebuilt capture engine eliminates shutter lag, offering near-instant response during rapid shooting. Interface refinements make camera selection more accessible from the viewfinder, while exposure monitoring tools like histograms and zebra stripes have been repositioned to minimize visual clutter. The app supports various image formats including JPG, HEIF, ProRAW, and RAW, with 12MP and 48MP capture available on compatible hardware. Long exposure capabilities allow durations from half a second up to two hours, with an unlimited Bulb mode option, all previewable in real time.
