Reading and Leeds Festival's Major Overhaul: New Stages, Over-21s Campsite, and All-British Headliners

This weekend marks the launch of what organizers are calling the 'largest staging and arena transformation' in the history of the Reading and Leeds Festival. Key features of the overhaul include new designs for major stages, the introduction of an over-21s campsite, and a rebranded 'quiet zone' named 'The Oasis'. For the first time in 25 years, the headliners at both festivals are solely British and Irish artists: Charli XCX, Dave, Raye, Fontaines DC, Chase & Status, and Florence + The Machine. The main stage will be renamed 'The Grid', featuring a wide walkway into the audience, along with new immersive areas called 'The Gallery' and 'The Warehouse'.
