Paris Weekend Guide: MAIF Social Club's 10th, FUJIKINA, Traversées du Marais, Daniel Buren at Giverny
A cultural weekend is set to take place in Paris from September 4 to 6. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the MAIF Social Club will participate in the Traversées du Marais festival, where the collective Corps public will unveil a new Cabane within the SHELTER installation. Performances will feature Jeune Théâtre National, the drag-queen group Les Paillettes, storytellers Florence Desnouveaux and Violaine Robert, cellist Clara Germont, and pastries from Sain Boulangerie. At Palais Brongniart, FUJIKINA, organized by Fujifilm, will present four exhibitions in anticipation of the 2026 bicentenary of photography, including a screening of William Klein's film 'Qui êtes-vous Polly Maggoo?' on September 4. The festival encompasses 27 cultural institutions, free performances, and Daniel Buren's 'Plantations' at Musée des Impressionnismes Giverny. Additionally, 'La Frappe' was released on September 2, and Girls in Hawaii's video for 'Goddess' promotes their album 'Eldorado,' set to launch on September 25.
