PAN-Pescara Art Net: nuova piattaforma digitale per la rinascita culturale di Pescara

A new digital platform called PAN-Pescara Art Net has launched to connect and promote the contemporary art scene in Pescara, Italy. Conceived by Silvio Maresca, an entrepreneur in the hospitality sector and founding partner of Hubruzzo, the project aims to boost cultural tourism in the Abruzzo capital. The platform offers digital spaces for individual realities, thematic focuses, newsletters, and tools to promote events and exhibitions, attracting external investments and strengthening cultural identity. Directed by Roberto Sala, PAN maps and involves public and private entities—foundations, galleries, project spaces, and associations—operating within a 35-kilometer radius from Pescara's center. The initiative seeks to build a network and create a cultural ecosystem with national reach. Maresca stated that PAN addresses a deep need for connection, providing structure and organic visibility to the territory's cultural vitality. Sala emphasized that the platform's success depends on direct participation from local cultural operators, inviting them to collaborate. The project recalls the legendary energy of the 1990s, exemplified by Cesare Manzo's Fuori Uso events, and responds to a post-pandemic resurgence of small and large cultural realities.
