Orshi Drozdik Discusses Underground Art and Feminist Practice at Art Brussels 2026

On Sunday, April 26, at 11:30 AM, the Tribune will be the venue for an artist talk named 'Underground But Not Invisible' during Art Brussels. The discussion will be led by curator Louis-Philippe Van Eeckhoutte, featuring Hungarian artist Orshi Drozdik and MER. Books graphic designer Viktor Van den Braembussche. They will delve into art produced under restrictive conditions from the 1970s to the 1990s. Drozdik, born in 1946, will showcase five objects that examine female identity. Since 2019, Van Eeckhoutte has served as a curatorial advisor for the '68 Forward section at Art Brussels and teaches at the Royal College of Art. The session will also include a Q&A segment.
