NYCxDESIGN 2026: Kites, Lexus, and Rolls-Royce Among Design Week Highlights

NYCxDESIGN 2026 is in progress, broadening its scope to encompass not just furniture and architecture but also a kite exhibition, a pavilion by Lexus, and a salon hosted by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. AN Interior is organizing panels and events while releasing the Spring/Summer 2026 issue along with the inaugural design guide for New York, titled Deep Cuts. From May 13 to 27, SO—IL's venue at 144 Vanderbilt Avenue in Brooklyn will showcase several exhibitions: VERSO and Office of Tangible Space will feature Nothing Comes From Nothing, connecting contemporary designers with historical pieces; Espasso Apartment will highlight Brazilian design; Paraphernalia will present Alien; and woodworker Luke Malaney will curate A Loose Grip.
