Montreal Jazz Festival 2026 Announces 10 Must-See Gigs

The Montreal Jazz Festival, recognized as the largest jazz festival globally, is scheduled for June 25 to July 4, 2026, featuring over 150 indoor performances and more than 350 free outdoor events. This year's festival celebrates the centenary of Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and Tony Bennett with special tribute concerts. Notable acts include The Headhunters, making their debut on June 25 at Théâtre Jean-Duceppe, and Cécile McLorin Salvant, a three-time Grammy winner, performing on June 26 at Théâtre Maisonneuve with her new album "With Every Breath I Take." Other highlights include Diana Krall on June 26, Hiromi's Sonicwonder on June 28, and the North American premiere of "Amadou et Mariam: Sons du Mali" on June 29. Joshua Redman Group will also perform on June 26, with Chief Adjuah taking the stage on July 1. Isaiah Collier will present John Coltrane's "A Love Supreme" on July 3, followed by Pink Martini on July 3 and 4, and the Swedish band Goat on July 4 at Mtelus.
