Minor Attractions Fair Returns to London for Fourth Edition at The Newman Hotel
The Newman in London’s Fitzrovia is hosting the fourth edition of Minor Attractions, an art fair set within a hotel, running until 17 October. This largest installment showcases art installations in various hotel spaces, including bedrooms and bathrooms. Among the highlights are Léa Porré’s Fatal Feast, which adorns a room with pink wall decals and sculptures, and Moses Tan’s You had me at hello and goodbye, featuring a dismembered hand alongside a martini glass. Nelly Dansen presents MEGA ATTRACTIVE™ HQ, which includes business memorabilia and a video interview. Other notable works include Savannah Harris’s arcade game shower, Benjamin Slinger’s paper lamps crafted from vintage takeaway bags, Erika Trotzig’s repurposed foam mattress in Untitled (Bed), and Max King’s immersive casino with slot machines and a signature fragrance.
