Memory of Princess Mumbi Premiere at Cinéma les 7 Batignolles

The film "Memory of Princess Mumbi" by filmmaker Kuve will have its premiere at Cinéma les 7 Batignolles in Paris, with a theatrical release scheduled for August 26. Set in 2093, the narrative follows Kuve as he travels to Umata to document the Great War of the 2070s, a conflict that erased modern technologies and revived ancient kingdoms. During his stay, he meets Mumbi, who challenges him to create his film without artificial intelligence, leading him to discover beauty in the smallest moments. The film has been showcased at numerous international festivals, including the Istanbul International Film Festival where it won Best Film, the Valladolid International Film Festival where it received the Grand Prix Alquimies with a special mention, and the Zurich Film Festival where it earned the Critics' Prize. It was also part of the official selection at the Toronto International Film Festival and screened at events in London, Marrakech, São Paulo, Thessaloniki, Vancouver, and Venice (Giornate degli Autori).
