LIDO Festival in London's Victoria Park cancelled and rescheduled to single August date due to park conditions

The LIDO Festival, initially set for June 12 to 14 at Victoria Park in London, has been cancelled and moved to August 31. Organizers attributed this change to poor park conditions resulting from one of the wettest winters in recent memory, which hindered a significant reseeding and enhancement initiative. Launched in 2025 as a fan-focused event, the festival faced severe dust problems during last summer’s drought. Headliners CMAT, Father John Misty, and Bombay Bicycle Club will no longer take the stage. CMAT expressed her heartbreak and apologized to ticket holders. The August event will feature electronic duo Maribou State and various supporting acts. Organizers assured that the artists are not to blame and that full refunds will be issued. The All Points East festival remains scheduled for August at Victoria Park.
