The Breuer Building in New York is currently hosting the fifth edition of Independent 20th Century, featuring 57 exhibitors and more than 130 artists. Among the highlights are Ortuzar's solo showcase of Mary Grigoriadis's works from the 1970s, Olney Gleason's exhibition of Elaine de Kooning's Bacchus series, and 'Black SoHo' by RYAN LEE Gallery and Salon 94, which celebrates Black artists from the 1960s. Galerie Lelong is exhibiting Alice Trumbull Mason's geometric abstractions, with a solo show scheduled for January 2027. Additionally, Berry Campbell's 'Stable Gallery: The Women' pays tribute to gallerist Eleanor Ward's advocacy for women abstract expressionists. The fair occupies several floors of the Breuer Building, which was sold in 2023.
