Highlights from CONTEXT Art Miami 2023 Fair Featuring Emerging and Established Artists

CONTEXT Art Miami 2023 was held in December in downtown Miami alongside the larger Art Miami fair. This marked the 11th edition of CONTEXT, which focuses on emerging and mid-career artists presented by over 240 international galleries. The event featured commissioned works and showcased contemporary sculpture, painting, and three-dimensional art. Notable artists included Carole Feuerman, known for hyperrealist figurative sculptures; Spanish duo Joan Coderch and Javier Malavia, who create bronze figurative works; and Julian Voss-Andreae, a sculptor blending scientific concepts with large-scale pieces. Other featured artists were Takashi Murakami, Shepard Fairey, Ai Weiwei, and Federico Uribe. The fair took place at the CONTEXT Art Miami Pavilion on Biscayne Bay.
