Gravity & Other Myths Brings Ten Thousand Hours to La Villette's Grande Halle

Australian acrobatic troupe Gravity & Other Myths performs Ten Thousand Hours at the Grande Halle de La Villette in Paris from December 2 to 26, 2026. Under the direction of Lachlan Binns, the company's eight acrobats build human pyramids that collapse, reform and start again, driven by a breathless drumbeat, exposing the repetition, falls and retakes behind ten thousand hours of training. The show runs one hour and is aimed at children aged 4 and up, with a Relax performance on December 12 and an audio-described performance on December 17. The troupe occupies the Grande Halle for three and a half weeks, with performances Wednesday to Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 6pm, plus additional sessions according to the calendar. Tickets range from 10 to 28 euros. The venue is listed as La Villette – Grande Halle, Espace Charlie Parker, 75019. Further family outing ideas appear in the publication's Famille section, alongside stage news in its theatre and performance coverage.
