Glastonbury Festival 2027 Tickets Sell Out in 42 Minutes, Resale Planned for Spring
On Sunday, general admission tickets for the Glastonbury Festival 2027 were sold out in just 42 minutes, while coach package tickets disappeared in less than 30 minutes. For the first time, organizers implemented a virtual waiting room. Scheduled to take place from June 23-27 at Worthy Farm in Somerset, the festival can accommodate 210,000 attendees. The ticket price is set at £408, marking an increase of £29.50 from 2025, the highest ever recorded. A resale of any canceled tickets will be held in spring 2027. Tickets are non-transferable and require ID checks upon entry. Co-organizer Emily Eavis announced that neither Oasis nor Madonna will perform. The 2025 festival featured headliners The 1975, Neil Young, and Olivia Rodrigo. Volunteers are sought for various positions, amid reports of fraudulent recruiters.
