The articles were misattributed to Mary Smith or Mike Wallace and lacked links to the original sources. On June 22, SWC condemned ArtReview USA, linking it to Culturale Lab in Sofia, Bulgaria, which charges 300 Euros for artist profiles. The site also appropriated content from Hyperallergic and The Art Newspaper. Glasstire's Publisher, Brandon Zech, is considering legal actions. After the notice, the identified articles were removed, and Amy Von Lintel successfully invoked DMCA for her piece.
