Frieze London and Masters Announce October Programming; Berggruen Works Head to Miami; Made Launches Barbican Furniture
From October 14–18, Regent's Park will host Frieze London and Frieze Masters, featuring artist commissions, discussions, and collaborations. Eva Langret, the director, emphasized the initiative's goal to influence London's art scene. Curated by Arturo Galansino, the Frieze Masters Talks will focus on 'Breaking the Mould,' featuring speakers such as Grayson Perry and Es Devlin. At Frieze London, Gray Wielebinski will present 'Production (2026),' an installation centered around scent. On October 29, the Pérez Art Museum Miami will unveil 'Picasso–Klee–Matisse: Masterpieces from the Museum Berggruen,' displaying nearly 100 pieces. Additionally, Made has collaborated with the Barbican to create a furniture collection inspired by its design. In Sicily, four Renaissance artworks valued at €70–80 million were stolen from MuMe museum. The second Biennale of Contemporary Keramics is ongoing in Rhodes until October 31.
