Frieze Abu Dhabi Inaugural Edition Details Announced

Frieze Abu Dhabi has announced additional information regarding its first edition, taking place from 19 to 22 November at Manarat Al Saadiyat in the Saadiyat Cultural District. Directed by Dyala Nusseibeh and organized in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the fair will showcase 84 galleries from 63 cities across 36 countries. Notable participants include Carbon 12, Lawrie Shabibi, The Third Line, and Gagosian, among others. Kristell Chadé, Executive Director of Fairs at Frieze, highlighted the event's significance in enhancing regional voices and promoting global conversations. New sections will feature Frieze Focus, Global Futures, and Frieze Masters Abu Dhabi, along with the inaugural Frieze Abu Dhabi Artist Award and an exhibition pairing established and emerging UAE artists.
