Five French Festivals to Catch This Fall: Performance, Architecture, and Video Art

While France faces cancellations due to the summer heatwave, the cultural scene in autumn is vibrant with a variety of festivals. The ninth Échelle humaine performance art festival at Lafayette Anticipations in Paris will take place from September 17 to 20, featuring artists such as Ewa Dziarnowska, Tai Shani, Laura Huertas Millán, Boglárka Börcsök, Andreas Bolm, and Myriam Rabah-Konaté. From September 11 to 20, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue's Partage des arts festival will exhibit 23 artists across seven locations. Rennes' Georges festival, honoring contemporary architecture and Georges Maillols, runs from September 23 to October 11. Bordeaux's FAB festival is set for September 26 to October 10, while Nice's OVNi festival for moving images will occur from November 13 to 29.
