Five Art Galleries to Explore in Arles During the Rencontres de la Photographie

The Rencontres d'Arles will take place from July 6 to October 4, 2025, showcasing photography exhibitions at various historical sites in Arles, including prominent venues such as Musée Départemental Arles Antique and Fondation Van Gogh. Established in 2014 by Anne Clergue, Anne Clergue Galerie emphasizes photography and supports emerging artists. Artaban has taken over from Lhoste Art Contemporain, presenting the group exhibition 'Contraste' from July 6 to 12. In 2025, De Natura Rerum, a gallery and bookshop, marked its seventh anniversary. Opened in 2021, Galerie Ira Leonis features contemporary photography and diverse art forms. Redesigned in 2020, Galerie de la Librairie du Palais boasts a 30 m² exhibition area for young creators and includes a risography workshop.
