Divago Festival Returns to Genoa with Two Artists and a Neighborhood-Focused Fourth Edition
The Divago Festival's fourth edition is set to take place in Genoa from September 24 to 27, 2026, showcasing works by Vitalii Fedotov and Gaia Michela Russo. According to curator Arianna Maestrale, only two projects were chosen to foster a more focused dialogue with the local community. Established in 2019 by the Wanda association and curated by the Mixta collective, the festival emphasizes Via del Campo and the surrounding historic areas. A residency program that began in February enabled artists to connect with residents. Russo's Buonanotte Via del Campo features a dreamlike installation accompanied by lullabies, while Fedotov's Questo lavoro va fatto insieme includes interactive ceramic pieces. The festival is free and receives support from Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti and Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza.
