Design Miami Seoul 2026 Returns to DDP with 'Resonance' Theme and Six Highlights

Design Miami Seoul is set to happen at Dongdaemun Design Plaza from August 31 to September 6, 2026, themed "Resonance." The Seoul Design Foundation and the Seoul Metropolitan Government are teaming up for this event, which will take place in Design Lab 1F to aid in its growth. Hyeyoung Cho, the Curatorial Director, is leading this project, which features a new gallery program in partnership with the Seoul Design Foundation and the second edition of In Situ, highlighting regional design. Notable galleries include Charles Burnand Gallery with "Material Echoes," Vagujhelyi's "Postura Collection," and IN GALLERY's Korean furniture. Japanese artist Yuki Nara will present "Bone Flower/Yayoi 08" and participate in Design Talks on September 3. Public hours are from September 1–5, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on September 6, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
