Decimal Designs Brand Identity for Creators Coalition on AI

The Creators Coalition on Artificial Intelligence (CCAI), a newly established nonprofit led by figures such as director Daniel Kwan and actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt, has debuted with a brand identity crafted by Decimal. This organization seeks to implement ethical standards and safeguard artistic integrity as generative AI transforms the film and television landscape. Decimal's contributions included a logo, color palette, motion graphics, website designs, and social media visuals. A standout feature is a web-based drawing tool that highlights human creativity, designed by Wenqing Ma. The logo, depicting a sparkle from four intersecting circles, represents technology benefiting the community. Decimal's team comprised creative director Guillermo Brotons, brand designer Sergi Vilà, producer Raphael Guenassia, and Ma. The design employs imperfect gradients to differentiate from conventional AI branding. CCAI aims to promote policies that bolster creative sectors in the face of advancing AI, starting with entertainment but aspiring for wider industry relevance.
