CURTA! Festival exibe mais de 160 filmes e séries brasileiras gratuitamente em junho

The CURTA! Festival – Documentários e Ficções BR will return for its fourth edition, running online and free of charge from June 1 to June 30. The festival will feature over 160 films, series, and short films, with a total prize pool of R$ 170,000 awarded through audience votes and a panel of experts. This year introduces new categories, including Brasiliana, showcasing 14 feature films like 'Bye Bye Brasil' and 'Dona Flor e Seus Dois Maridos,' alongside classics in the Porta Curtas section, such as 'Ilha das Flores.' An in-person segment is set for August 3-6, followed by an awards ceremony on August 7.
