Chennai Photo Biennale Opens International Open Call for Edition 3, Deadline 31 October 2026
The Chennai Photo Biennale International Photography Open Call, Edition 3, for 2026–27, invites photographers and visual artists to submit their images or series. Organized by the CPB Foundation in Chennai, India, selected finalists will have their works displayed in the city and promoted through various platforms. Open to individuals of all ages and skill levels, there are no limits on the number of entries. Each photo series should consist of 10 to 20 images and must include a concept note. Submissions featuring AI-generated images or videos will not be accepted. An international jury will assess the entries. Submission fees are ₹300 for individual images and ₹700 for series in India, while they are €8 and €15 internationally, with discounted rates for students.
