Brazilian Animation Studio Creates LEGO Star Wars Battle at Banana Split Party
On December 21, 2020, Brazilian animation studio Pé Grande Animation released a humorous short film blending LEGO aesthetics with Star Wars themes. The project, created by the Porto Alegre-based team, features a conflict between Rebel forces and First Order stormtroopers that interrupts a dessert celebration. The animation centers on The Supremacy, the mobile command center of the First Order that functions as both headquarters and naval repair facility. Director Gabriel Vedana and producer Felipe Galvão led the creative team, which included storyboard artist Ricardo Andreis and animators Jonathan Edward, Hannry Pschera, Conrado Testa, Francisco Catão, and Fernanda Silveira. The production involved multiple specialists in layout, modeling, and post-production.
