Bolzano Danza 2026: 42nd edition with theme 'Orizzonte' runs July 16-31

The 42nd edition of Bolzano Danza is scheduled to take place from July 16 to 31, 2026, under the theme 'Orizzonte' (Horizon). Artistic directors Anouk Aspisi and Olivier Dubois will continue their project 'Trilogia della Passione', focusing on evolving viewpoints. Hosted by Fondazione Haydn di Bolzano e Trento, the festival will be held at various locations in Bolzano. The opening on July 16 will feature Centro Coreografico Nazionale Aterballetto with performances of 'MicroDanze' and 'Il combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda'. On July 18, ExtraDanza will showcase Jacopo Jenna and Davide Tagliavini. Ticket prices range from €10 to €15, while subscriptions cost between €60 and over €100. The festival will conclude with 'Badke(remix)' on July 31, including works by Anna Basti, Chiara Bersani, and international talents like Louise Lecavalier and Peeping Tom.
