Blackmagic Design Releases DaVinci Resolve 21 with Photo Editing and AI

Blackmagic Design has officially released DaVinci Resolve 21, a major update introducing a new Photo page for still-image editing, AI-powered tools like IntelliSearch and CineFocus, and over 100 new motion graphics effects via the Krokodove toolset. The software now supports native RAW decoding for Canon CR3, Panasonic Lumix RW2, Fujifilm RAF, Apple ProRAW, and compressed Sony ARW files. Editors benefit from expanded keyframing with four-point Bézier controls, Lottie animations, and OGraf HTML graphics. Colorists get layer-list node graphs and up to eight-layer node stacks, while Fairlight adds folder tracks. Blackmagic Cloud sync is up to three times faster. DaVinci Resolve 21 is free; the Studio version costs $295.
