Ben Zank's Surreal Photography Featured at French Festival and New Series in Progress

Ben Zank, a photographer based in New York City, creates surreal portraits that blend ordinary settings with uncanny, faceless figures to evoke visceral emotions. His work was exhibited at Festival Cargo Les Photographiques in Saint-Nazaire, France, during the summer of 2025, where he presented a plein air installation with large reproductions on wooden pallets and brick walls. The festival, which began in 2022, focuses on contemporary photography.
